You will be required to go to Every Kid Sports Pass Page www.everykidsports.org and apply for program. There is no additional cost to apply.  Once program gives decision you will need to update us so registration form can be completed, please get a screenshot of decision to give us.. If approved the program will send funds for you to give to us to cover full registration.
